First of all I want to wish
Farha Addam
HAPPY 17th Birthday
It has been 4 years since I left Canada and you have grown so much.
I have no idea when I'll be seeing you again, I miss you and your family so much!
Another matter at hand is that,
I just finished my second paper which is QMT216, a.k.a Statistics today.
Finally it has passed!
No the letter grade passes but I meant it as I already sat for the exam =P
After a 3 months of learning and a week of studying it has finally has paid off.
Now, I gotta wait and wish that I won't repeat it next semester.

Job Interview
All part three business student will undergo a mock job interview. Of course I'm one of the candidates to do so. My job interview was held on a Tuesday, a few weeks back.
My panel were my lecturer, Mrs. Aini Hayati her husband.
Before the interview, we were place into a group of three. My other member was Jannah n Myra. We were the eleventh group up for the interview.
I think I did average but as my lecturer told me, my group were the highest.
By the way, I applied for and opening in Media Prima Berhad as a Public Relation Officer.

About two weeks in Kuala Pilah, I thought the feud between ‘Alamanda’ and ‘Kuala Pilah’ has ended but somehow, a minority still wants to show their ‘seniority’ to us. Hello, we can be respectful, there no need to tell us that. Making us apologize to the newbie when the whole while we said over and over again. It not like we were taking over for a long time or heck even for leisure. We were in the rush to find the link because we were given a short time to complete the task. Maybe it no actually between these two groups but just them wanted to show who rule around here.

Yours truly, Me wasn't at all satisfied with this comment. Thus this was my reply.
"to H**** I******: listen, when we were in Alamanda we felt like we were "di anak tirikan". Now, in kuala pilah why do we have to feel the same way now that we are in an actual campus. we never asked to be placed here and you shouldn't blame us. blame Uitm itself if you must. we are trying to cope with the new environment, its not easy to be moved around. obviously you have never experience moving places. we got separated from our friends, our lecturers, and everything else. PLEASE don't judge us. You've only seen us for a WEEK! Yes, not all of us gets 4 flats, but do you? Look at yourself in the mirror first. since you don't like us complaining and such that means you never complained too is it? wake up. "
To continue on, do any of you ever understand our feelings? I'm sure if you were to be sent somewhere else right now, you'd be just like us. You will miss your friends, the environment, the "family" that you have gotten used too. This is what we're feeling, all of us are trying to get use to this new environment. Of course we will compare our old place to this new one, who doesn't? Especially someone like me, who have moved a lot in my whole life time. Its hurts not to be accepted to a new place, when it wasn't our choice to be moved. None of us like to be provoked right? Yes, we can be very demanding but its for our rights that were asking for! I'm sure you'd do the same. I'm so sure. Don't say that you don't, that would be lying to yourself.
I'm frustrated, us Alamandarians are not all the same! Most of us have been raise in the city and that how we were brought up. Don't JUDGE us! We have been here for only a week and this is what we got? I'm sorry if any of the student originally from Kuala Pilah read this. I'm truly am. Please accept us as we come.
I'm sorry that we took your rooms and now you have to stay out of campus, its not our fault.

I used to study, sleep, eat, be friends, argue, complained in Kolej Alamanda.
Therefor, I am an Alamadarian for life.
We came from a place where it lack of everything!
It was a place where I finally know how to ride a bus, where I learn to find places to eat, where I learn to get home using public transport. It was my first time living away from my family and learn to understand other people's background and accept it. Most importantly it was a place where I gain my knowledge from.

Where would I be if not UiTM?
Firstly, it might be Lim Kok Wing.. but after some times, not going to happen.
then I got accepted to National Advanced Youth Skill Training Institute (IKBNS) in Sepang, Selangor for Diploma in Technology tools Matter (Mechanical).
I also got in to Kolej Poly-Tech Mara (KPTM) in Kuala Lumpur for Diploma in Computer Science.
I too got in to Polytechnic in Pasir Gudang, Johor for Diploma in Fashion.
I even got into Form Six for Science in SMK Putrajaya Presint 8 (1) which I actually went for a day.
Not long after my day in form six, I finally got my acceptance letter from UiTM for Diploma in Business Studies.
Its has now been a year and it will be going until I receive my degree or even masters perhaps?
Intersession

at UiTM Shah Alam.
The reason I'm in Shah Alam is for intersession, a class that is done during the holidays to make our studies easier for the next semester.
Truth be told, I was quite nervous about it. Not believing in my self that I can actually do it class.
It's for ACC165 Cost Accounting.
We have very limited time to study what everyone else study in one semester. Only one month of three hours classes from Monday to Friday.
The Tentative Calendar
First Week (17/5 - 20/5) : Introduction and Materials
Second Week ( 24/5 - 27/5) : Labours and Overhead (Quiz 1)
Third Week (31/5-3/6) : Job Costing, Contract Costing (Quiz 2) and Procss Costing
Fourth Week (7/6 - 10/6) : Process Costing (Test 1), CVP Analysis and Budget
Fifth Week (14/6 - 17/6) : Budget and Cost Control - Variance (Test 2)
21/6 : Final
As for now, it seems easy and understandable. I don't have a hard time figuring things out and it actually boost my confidence a lot.
As for now I'm done with the first week.

Alamanda, I Miss You
Ever heard the saying,
"You'll Never Appreciate It, Until Its Gone"

"There is no campus life here!"
or
"What is this place, its not a real college!"
or
"The only place to eat is Suzi, Jaber and Mak"
or
"Sitting in class is like going to tuition!"
When you have actually experience campus life, all you hear is
"The class is so far!"
or
"This is so tiring, having to walk quite a distance"
or
"Gosh I have to wake up early to there won't be a rush in the bathroom"
Having to experience both conditions, I have to say there are few things that I prefer when studying in Alamanda. There are things that I dislike about Alamanda too, there always a positive and a negative in everything on this earth. I'm still thankful that I got the experience to study in Shah Alam for a month because I know it will help me prepare when I go off to study in UiTM Kuala Pilah.
All I have to say,

As for right now it is my third night in UiTM Shah Alam doing my intersession for the course ACC165 Cost Accounting. My days here have been somewhat boring but somewhat enjoyable.
On Sunday, was the day for us to register our colleges, I was place into College Melati. All females from Alamanda is placed here. My roommate is a degree student name Sarah, we got along just fine. After registering and place my stuff in my room I went to search for Nazli, after that we found Farhana. Not long after that we decided to got to PKNS since they needed to buy a few more things. I meet up with Najho and Muni later that evening. Not much happen this day.
On Monday, was the second day in UiTM and first day of study. OMG was it HOT!!! I was sweating like I ran the cross country! Went to class and went out. Had lunch kt SAAS Tower. Then Nazli, Farhana and I hung out at this seating area then I need to go to the bathroom, Farhana confidently gave me her room key so that I can use to bathroom. Then she realise that we are not in Alamanda anymore. We sure had a good laugh. We went to Alam Sentral Mall that evening. Then thats about it.
On yesterday, hmmm what happen yesterday?
Today, Farhana and I decided to take to long way to our Faculty, and all I can say is, Farhana, please no more. There was so many steps! Tiring! After class I accompanied Farhana to PKNS in search for a calculator. We search a lot of stores and didn't find one. If we did it would be too expansive. The last store we went to was an electronic store, Farhana wasn't so confident that they sell a calculator there so she didn't went in with me. Then behold! a calculator! and the price was just right, she bought it right away! For dinner we ate at Dataran Cendiakawan. Just like last night.

On an uneventful Friday morning during BEL260 class, a fellow better known as Samad to the student bodies, entered the class and had some news for us.
"This semester is your last semester studying in Kolej Alamanda."
Not really shocking because we have heard rumours of it before. What really going to piss us off is where we will be sent. Sabah or Sarawak. Not really looking forward for that. Although he said that we are able to choose where we wanted to go. I will opt for Melaka.
I really hate to be separated from my friends that I've already made here. When we are sent to a different place, they most likely already have their circle of friends. Thank God I don't have a major problem of fitting in anywhere. Still it will take time. I used to moving schools, making new friends all the time.
I will truly miss a bunch of people!!! Especially the NAJELSYA + Jie.

These in these past two weeks I got sue by my 'oh so lovely' lecturer. The thing that I'm most pissed of about is that she let that other girl go. When what she wore was more let say, tight, than mine. If only she wasn't my lecturer for this semester, I would've totally fought back.
These past two weeks I've made new friends. It's because this semester we were thrown in different classes. That means new people to meet and greet. Got to know a few dudes and dudettes. I also ignore who deserve to be ignored.
These past two weeks I've been able to sleep soundly. No more insomnia, I guess. I hope it doesn't return too.
These past two weeks I've spent my every waking and sleeping moment with Kakak, Nasya and Jie. Not forgetting to mention Hel and Najho. Though I don't spent those sleeping moment with them...
These past two weeks has been hectic changing timetables and now I got a class that will clash with my other classes. $h!t!!

My university is closed for a week for H1N1 scare.
Well, not technically close but out it is our mid term break.
