This is a story of a Girl

Hello there, I haven’t been blogging for so long. The internet connection isn’t up to par here, where I am. Plus, there isn’t anything interesting that I like to talk about. Today I feel like telling a story. A story that a friend told me, me and her are very close, don’t worry I got her permission first to have this story out to the public. Let’s get started

A few years ago, my friend, Nayla, is starting a new semester in her college. Her college is called Rafflesia and it is located in the middle of the busy metropolis. To Nayla, new semester meaning new classes, new friends, and a whole new subject, it could even be a whole new beginning. When classes have begun, she went to go searching for her classes. First class was Mathematics, when she got in; she found out that her lecturer was very strict. The lecturer would come in class and start yelling and scolding her students. But as Nayla told me, she at the end became very nice and supportive. Her lecturer told the class that they have to spilt up into small groups. Nayla became group members with two guys that she has never meet before. One of the boys was name, Nick, he was very friendly and outgoing, and therefore Nayla and Nick got along very well. The other boy is named Zack, he was opposite of Nick, he was quiet and shy. That didn’t stop Nayla from getting to know him. In fact she got more interested in getting to know Zack than Nick.

As the days and weeks went on, Nayla and Zack got very close to each other, they are even in the same class for all subjects. Only during Mathematics would they sit side by side, due to the instruction of their lecturer that, the groups must sit together. Zack has once told Nayla that, she is the first girl that he had become close to in the college; this is because the previous semester Zack was place in a class with all guys. And only this semester he has girls in his classes, when Zack told that to Nayla, she was honoured to be the first female friend of his here. Nayla then introduce Zack to all her friends and best friends. Nayla, Zack, and their other classmate, Natalie, often went out together, whether it was to watch a movie or just hanging out at the mall.

One unfortunate day came; Zack had told Nayla that he is starting to like one of her best friends, Nadine. Nayla was upset to know that, she was starting to have feelings for him and now he had told her that he like her best friend. Zack, even though has told Nayla that he had like Nadine, he ask Nayla to not say anything to Nadine. Nayla gave her words and kept that secret in her. She and Zack keep being friends as usual, still hanging out together. He had once brought Nayla and Natalie to dine at a café in town, Zack had driven them there. As they sat down, Nayla and Natalie sat opposite each other. Nayla was hoping that Zack would sit beside her, but he didn’t, she didn’t mind because during that time Nayla was sort of conquering the seats or is it that he is very oblivious to her feelings. They all eat, talked and laughed, and then it was time to go back to college, since its curfew is at eleven at night.

As Nayla was just hanging out in her room and surfing the net, she notice that Nadine was chatting with someone. Nayla was being curious just asked Nadine who she was chatting with, then she answer, just Zack. Nayla was shocked. Didn’t Zack tell her that she was very shy around Nadine? And doesn’t Nadine already have a boyfriend? Nayla pushed all the questions aside, they were just being friends. The next day came, she didn’t even discuss the matter to Zack. Nayla got confused, should she just tell him that she liked him? Or should she just keep being just friends? Nayla turned to Natalie for advice, Natalie told Nayla that how about try ignoring him for one day and see what will happen. So Nayla did.

The next day came; she did all her best to ignore Zack. Luckily that day, there isn’t any Mathematics class. That saves a whole lot of trouble and making it easier for her to ignore him, Nayla notice that Zack was getting a bit confuse. She just played her role and keeps ignoring Zack. Later that day, during lunchtime, Nayla decided to go back to her room. When she got there, Nadine approached her, she asked whether Nayla was fine or not. Of course, Nayla was fine, because she was. Nayla then asked Nadine back. Why did she ask that? Nadine replied, nothing, it’s just that Zack messaged me, he asked whether you are fine or not. So now, Nadine and Zack are messaging each other? Did Zack used Nayla just to get close to Nadine? Maybe Nadine was prettier than Nayla, but that doesn’t mean he could treat her like this.

Nayla got angry and was very upset. She decided to see if Zack even had any feelings at all towards her. The whole day and onto the night, Nayla still ignored Zack. That night Zack texted her, “If you started to think about someone and care about someone does that mean that you love her?” She replied to his text, “that depends”. In her mind was he talking about Nadine or herself? They he came out and said that I like you. Nayla was very happy to know that fact, she replied, that liked him too. Zack was more excited, he told her that he was speechless, and he wanted to say something, but he was very shy to say so. So Nayla told him to just say what he wanted to say, and so he did. He asked Nayla whether she would like to be his girlfriend. She said, yes. By the sound of his messages, he was happy. Nayla asked what was he doing? Zack told her that he is going online and he is going to change his relationship status on a famous social networking site, from single to in a relationship. He even put her name on it.

The early few days of their relationship went just fine, they got through the taunting of their friends, and everyone including Nayla’s mother and aunts knew of their relationship. They went out together; watch movies together, holding hands, went shopping for is outfit for the upcoming dinner together, so that they would match and all that other stuff. Their text messages were more often, but then, Nayla has thinking about her previous relationship, with this one guy. To her, he was prefect, then she started to compare. She was even having second thoughts on her relationship with Zack. She became more distance to Zack in just the second week of their relationship. She knew Zack was wondering what is wrong with her. She said, she needed more time, by saying that she was hoping that Zack would say something back to comfort her, or even to say just give it a little more time, we’ll work this out. He didn’t. He didn’t say those words that she was hoping to hear, instead, he let her go. Only two weeks, and it was over.

They decided to be just friends after that, it wasn’t the same anymore. It was not like before. He didn’t try to work their relationship out, he didn’t even try to work their friendship out, and neither did Nayla. There was no tears, no yelling, no screaming, just like that, a friendship is over.

A few weeks had passed, she would now and then check up on him. Then she found out that he had found someone new. In such a short time Zack had a new girlfriend. Nayla again wonder, maybe Zack had never even had a bit of love towards her. She accepted the fact and moved on with her life. She was still mad. She doesn’t blame the girl. Nayla was sure she doesn’t know anything. While Nayla was going to her social networking site, there was a new friend request, it was Zack. He had deleted her? That wasn’t a smart move to add her back. He just said that was pissed off at Nayla and blocked her. She would never have done that. They had a quarrel over that matter; Nayla found a side of Zack that she had never seen before. He was using harsh words, and it acted as a fuel to her fire. In no way that Nayla would even look at him or be friends with him again, after that.

In latest update, after months of their breakup and quarrel, Nayla found out that Zack had broken up with is girlfriend and now he is with another girl. Nayla was furious, he could do that to her, because she knows well that they relationship was equal to nothing, but to his recent ex? Nayla had known that Zack and his most recent ex-girlfriend were schoolmate, and their relationship lasted a lot longer than what Zack and Nayla had. He still could do that. To Nayla it wasn’t fair. So Nayla got taking to her, Isabell, it was just two girls, sharing thoughts and feelings with each other. A certain someone got the news of it and Zack started to accuse Nayla for bad mouthing him. When she was just stated the fact, that he change girls and he change his cloths. It was just her freedom of speech to say that, she was just saying what she thought. Zack goes on a rage about how he doesn’t like people bad mouthing him, to Nayla, Zack is doing the same thing to her, taking bad about her.

And that is a story about a friend of mine. I felt sorry for her. Old people said that, it is not polite to talk when someone else is talking. You might get the facts wrong. This is not to offend anyone, or anything. If you think this is to provoke a war or to start something ugly, you should take a chill pill or get a different life, or something equivalent.
